Drew Ahlefeld: a builder who knows what the paperwork costs you.

Antioch Automations, founded by Drew Ahlefeld, sets up AI for builder operations—custom home builders and trade businesses.

I'm Drew Ahlefeld. I've spent years as a construction project manager, with a construction science degree and a lot of Fridays lost to quotes, invoices, and follow-ups.

Antioch Automations exists for custom home builders and trade shops: HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, lawn and tree, and the like. Owners who are great at the work but end up doing office work at night.

I set up AI around how your shop already runs. It drafts the quotes, chases the invoices, and asks for the reviews. You approve everything by text, and I keep it running every month. AI that stays behind the counter.
